Oh yeah... This thing...

Well I have been uber-busy lately so I kind forgot about this blog here. Anyways with the school year in the home-stretch (less than three weeks! Woop!) I should be able to update more frequently. I am actually excited about finals week. I only have to physically show up to two of my six classes, drop off papers in two, and don't even have to show up for the other two. And then summer! I can't wait. I can get a job, read, and maybe start painting a bit. Get back into the Landscape Art mode again. Here are a few samples of my landscapes in different mediums:
Landscape Painting
Landscape Painting Two
Landscape Painting Three
Nighttime Landscape in Charcoal
Small Pastel Landscape

My dad bought me Cloverfield on DVD. It is just the regular edition with a few special features. I already loved the movie, but seeing the digital work and creation that went into it makes me appreciate it even more. It is one of the only movies I am truly glad I saw in theatres. I will probably write a review about it alter. Stay tuned...

Ah yes... My first post...

Well my girlfriend has had a blog for a while now, and she held a knife to my throat and demanded I get one also, so I did. Not really, I felt i would join all the cool kids and make one to display some of my art and design work. Some of the stuff you will be seeing here will consist of:

My Comics. Starring characters such as......... Myself, Paul and Dwight of "The Crusade Parade", Abel the out of touch supercentenarian (it's a real word, I looked it up, it means someone who is over 110 years of age), and the randomocity of "It Came From Simi Valley".

Mini graphic novels.

Sports card designs.

School projects.

Maybe a movie/book/television show/music/video game/blog/electronics/slash review.

Thoughts about my love for that nostalgic feeling.

And anything else I dare talk about...(dare i say... macaroni -let me finish- salad?)

So yeah, here are a few clippings of my work, specifically sports card designing.

I am fairly good with the programs now, but I still consider myself a toddler in the whole Graphic Design sphere. Well that's it for now. Don't be afraid to back back, ya' hear?
